Pixadox / Work
Work.
There are no case studies on this page yet. Client systems are being written up, and nothing goes here until the people who paid for them have agreed to be named.
Inventing a logo wall would take ten minutes. Everything below is a demo we drew ourselves, labelled as a demo, showing the kind of system we build.

Case studies go here
One page per project: what the business was doing before, what we built, what changed afterwards, with screenshots of the real system and a line from the owner. In progress. If you want to speak to someone we have built for, ask and we will arrange the call directly.
The kinds of systems we build.
Four of the jobs that come up most often on this coast. The screens beside them are demonstrations, drawn in HTML and CSS, with invented shop names and made up figures.
Counter billing for a retail shop
Grocery, hardware, medical, textile. One counter or several branches.
Scan, quantity, next item, print. The bill has to be finished before the next customer loses patience. Behind it, stock moves, GST splits per HSN and the day close has to match what is in the drawer.
- Barcode and keyboard billing
- CGST and SGST per item
- UPI, card and cash settlement
- Offline billing when the line drops
Stock and purchase across branches
Distributors, wholesalers, anyone with more than one godown.
The question is always the same. How much is there, where is it, and what should we order. One register instead of three, with transfers recorded and reorder levels that raise their hand on their own.
- Multi godown stock with transfers
- Reorder levels and purchase suggestions
- Physical count entry and variance
- Reversing entries, never deletions
Orders and support on WhatsApp
Shops, service businesses, anyone whose customers will not open email.
Official API access, so order updates and payment links go out from your system into the thread the customer already uses, and several staff answer from one number without a phone being passed around.
- Template approval and number setup
- Automatic dispatch and payment updates
- Shared inbox with assignment
- Kannada and English in one thread

An online store that is quick to run
Food products, handloom, hardware, anybody shipping out of a small town.
The storefront is the easy half. The half that decides whether you keep selling is packing, courier manifests, cash on delivery reconciliation and a GST invoice that is correct on the first try.
- Catalogue shared with the counter
- UPI, cards and cash on delivery
- Courier labels and tracking
- GST invoice per order
Why it is this thin.
A lot of the work we do sits inside somebody business and holds their prices, their customers and their margins. Those owners do not always want it on a public website, and that is their call, not ours.
So this page will fill up slowly, with permission, one real system at a time. Until a project is here with a name on it, treat everything you see on this site as a demonstration of capability and nothing more.

- Same number on WhatsAppchat
- info@pixadox.comemail
- 01Why are there no case studies here?
- Because we are not going to invent them. Client work needs permission before it goes on a public page, and nothing has been cleared yet. When real projects can be shown with the client agreeing, they will appear here with their actual names and numbers.
- 02So how do I judge whether you can do the work?
- Ask for a written scope. It costs you nothing, it shows how we think about your problem, and you can hand it to any other developer for a second quote. That is a better test than a page of logos.
- 03Can I speak to someone you have built for?
- Ask on a call and we will see who is willing. A reference only means something if the person giving it agreed to it, so we will not list anyone here without that.
