Pixadox / Terms of use

Terms of use

These cover this website. They are not the terms for paid work, which live in the written scope we send you.

Last updated 26 October 2026

What these cover

Your use of pixadox.com. If you engage us for a project, the agreement that matters is the written scope we send and you accept. Where that scope and this page disagree, the scope wins.

Using the site

Read it, quote it, link to it, send it to someone. What you may not do is copy the site wholesale and pass it off as your own, scrape it to stock or train another service, or attempt to reach parts of the server that are not public.

What is on the site belongs to us

The text, the layout, the code behind it, and the Pixadox name and mark are ours. The product screens are our own work, drawn for this site. Quoting a paragraph with a link back is fine and welcome. Lifting the lot is not.

An enquiry is not a contract

Sending the form starts a conversation. It does not oblige you to buy anything and it does not oblige us to take the work. Nothing is agreed until there is a written scope that both sides have accepted.

What we do not promise about the site

We try to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors or never goes down. Rules, platforms and third party services change, and a page may lag behind a change. If something here matters to a decision you are about to make, ask us and we will confirm it in writing.

Where our responsibility ends

Information on this site is general. It is not legal, tax or accounting advice and it cannot account for your particular situation. We are not liable for a loss caused by acting on a general page without checking it against your own circumstances or with a professional.

Links out

We link to other sites where it helps. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they say or do.

Which law applies

Indian law. Anything that cannot be settled by talking goes to the courts at Udupi, Karnataka.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top always reflects the version in force.
