Payments and GST e-Invoicing Integration GST e-invoicing is registering a tax invoice with the government portal before it reaches the customer, and printing the IRN and signed QR code it returns on the document.
Taking the money is one integration. Reporting it is another. We wire the gateway, the IRP for e-invoicing and the e-way bill into the same system, so the accounts team stops retyping.
What is in it
- 01Gateway integration with webhooks, refunds and settlement reports
- 02IRN and signed QR from the invoice registration portal, printed on the bill
- 03e-Way bill generation for goods above the threshold
- 04A reconciliation screen that matches gateway settlements to your sales

There is no rate card on this page. The honest price depends on what we find in your current system, and we would rather look first than publish a number we would have to take back.

A call, then a scope
Half an hour on the phone, then a written scope with stages, timeline and price. You can take that document to anyone else for a second quote.
- 02
Stage by stage
Each stage is fixed in scope and billed on completion. If you want to stop after stage two, you stop after stage two and keep what is built.
- 03
Handover that means something
Source code in your repository, hosting and domain in your name, a written note of how it works, and training for the people who will use it.

- 01Does e-invoicing apply to us?
- It depends on your turnover against the current threshold, and that threshold has been lowered several times. We check your slab against the rule in force rather than guessing, because getting it wrong is a compliance problem, not a software one.
- 02What actually has to happen for an e-invoice?
- The invoice goes to the government portal before it goes to your customer, and comes back with an IRN and a signed QR code that must be printed on it. Your billing software has to handle the portal being slow or down without losing the bill.
- 03Why do UPI collections not match the books?
- Usually settlement timing and charges. The money arrives net of fees and on a different day from the sale, so the reconciliation has to match on the gateway reference rather than on the amount.
