- Yes. For most businesses this size the useful thing is a site that people find and one system that keeps records straight. A large suite would cost more than it returns, and we would say so.
- 02A lot of our work happens away from a desk. Does that matter?
- It changes the design. Entry has to work on a phone, with the connection dropping, and catch up when it comes back. A desktop system with a mobile view added afterwards does not survive that.
